Need a Photographer/Videographer

Photographer & Videographer Wanted - 21st Birthday

I’m looking for a Photographer/Videographer to capture my 21st birthday celebration, located approximately 1 hour outside Melbourne, from approx. 5pm.

  The theme is Russian Glam, with a very glamorous, dramatic and fun setup. I’m looking for someone who knows how to work with a themed event and can capture both the big moments and all the little candid ones.

📸 Photography

I’m looking for approximately 5–6 hours of coverage, including:

• ✓

  Photos of the event setup and styling before guests arrive

• ✓

  Venue, decorations, backdrops and details

• ✓

  Getting-ready moments, if applicable

• ✓

  Guest arrivals and candid moments

• ✓

  Group and individual photos

• ✓

  Photos around the themed photo areas/backdrops

• ✓

  Fun, spontaneous and natural moments throughout the night

• ✓

  Key moments, speeches and reactions

• ✓

  Photos continuing until after the speeches

• ✓

  A good mix of posed, candid, editorial and fun shots

🎥 Videography

I’d also like video coverage throughout the event, with a 2–3 minute highlight video edited afterwards.

The video should be a simple highlight of the night, capturing the best moments, funny memories, and key parts of the celebration as a keepsake.

What I’m looking for

You should:

  Have your own  photography/videography equipment

• ✓

  Have a good eye for candid moments

• ✓

  Have a strong editing style and portfolio

• ✓

  Be able to travel approximately 1 hour outside Melbourne

Most importantly, I want someone who can capture the vibe of the night - the glamorous moments, the chaos, the laughs, the dancing, the speeches, the people and all the little moments that might otherwise be missed.
